- You are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement.
- You have read and agree to these terms.

3. Our Services
Heirthread offers three core services, each described briefly below:
- Family Meeting Facilitation (฿3,400) — A neutral facilitator supports relatives in having a calm, structured conversation about shared plans. Sessions are informal and non-binding.
- Records Digitisation & Archiving (฿11,000) — We scan and archive family documents into an ordered, searchable set that you retain full control of. Physical originals are returned to you at the end of the process.
- Estate Organisation Workshops (฿28,500) — Informational group workshops covering how to gather, arrange, and clearly document personal records and wishes. These sessions are educational in nature.
All services are provided in good faith as organisational and informational support. They do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice of any regulated kind. You should consult qualified professionals for decisions in those areas.
Service availability is subject to scheduling and confirmation. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw a service offering with reasonable notice.
4. Your Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:

7. Disclaimers
Our services are provided as organisational and informational support. We make no representation that the information or facilitation we provide will lead to any particular outcome in family, legal, or financial matters.
Heirthread does not hold itself out as offering legal, financial, medical, or any other regulated professional service. Nothing in our services constitutes professional advice in those areas. You remain responsible for seeking appropriate qualified advice where needed.
While we take reasonable care with the documents entrusted to us, we cannot accept responsibility for pre-existing damage or deterioration of physical records.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Heirthread's total liability for any claim arising out of or connected to our services will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for matters where Thai law does not permit such limitation.
9. Termination
You may withdraw from a service engagement by contacting us in writing. Heirthread may decline or discontinue a service engagement if, in our reasonable view, doing so is necessary due to conduct that disrupts the service or places others at discomfort.
Upon termination or completion of a service, we will return any physical documents in our care and delete or transfer digital files as agreed. Provisions relating to intellectual property, payment, and limitation of liability survive termination.
10. Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first to seek a resolution informally. We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns promptly and fairly.
If an informal resolution is not reached, disputes may be referred to the courts of Chonburi Province, Thailand, which shall have jurisdiction.
